- If you haven't received your reading within the specified timeframe, please contact us directly on WhatsApp for assistance.
Tarot Parties:
- Tarot parties will be scheduled and conducted as agreed upon with our client.
- Please ensure you provide accurate contact information and complete the booking process with us to confirm your tarot party.
- If you prefer a physical setup or additional services for your tarot party, please contact us before booking to discuss your requirements.
- For tarot parties, our reader will arrive at the scheduled time to provide readings for the duration of the event.
Digital Products:
- Digital products, such as e-books, guides, or recordings related to tarot coaching and courses, will be delivered via email immediately after purchase or throughout the sessions as needed.
- Please ensure you provide an accurate email address during checkout to receive your digital products.
- If you encounter any issues or have not received your digital products within 7 weekdays, please contact us for assistance.
Physical Products (Tarot Coaching and Course Materials):
- Physical products needed for tarot coaching and courses (if applicable) will be shipped within one week from the date of purchase.
